Year 6 more than made up for the disappointment of not going to Lightwater Valley by taking part in a water fight! It was the perfect way to cool down in today’s very warm weather. Miss Corker came along to see what all the noise was about and ended up regretting her decision!
Year 3 and Year 4 completed their online safety assembly. They talked about all the things they have learnt across the school year. Some of these things were:
-
- Self image and identity
- Online relationships
- Online reputation
- Online bullying
- Managing Online information
- Health, wellbeing and Lifestyle
- Privacy and Security
- Copyright and Ownership
We are so very proud of what the children have achieved in their online safety Lessons.
The parents then stayed for a workshop with Amanda Hayward from the Openzone. We discussed a range of safety elements such as age ratings and setting safety systems on devices. The slides from this have been shared on dojo.
If you require and help or advice please do not hesitate to get in touch.

An important rite of passage for Year 6 this week as they received their hoodies, after a year of achievement, fun and happy memories! Wear them with pride everyone!
