Yesterday Reception showed the adults how our Sounds Write skills are developing. We showed them a couple of our phonics lessons, wrote a sentence and read some of our every day words. Then we showed them how we read our books and talk about the story. After that we showed them Drawing Club and ...how it helps us with our oracy, drawing skills, imagination, maths and writing, also how we learn amazing new vocabulary. It was a fabulous morning and the adults were blown away at how much Reception have progressed!
